Orders and Returns
If you receive a defective/damaged item, or if an item does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@dinntrophy.com or 1-800-628-3466 within 30 days of receipt.
Our representatives are available Mon.-Fri. 8:00am - 5:00pm EST. Please be sure to include information about what was defective/damaged (the item number and the part that needs replacing), your name and address, your customer number, and your invoice number. They will be happy to assist you in replacing the damaged parts/ items.
How to Return Merchandise
Our representatives are available Mon.-Fri. 8:00am - 5:00pm EST. Please be sure to include information about what needs to be returned, your name and address, your customer number, the reason for the return, and your invoice number. Only our Customer Service Department can authorize the acceptance of returned merchandise.
No merchandise may be returned for Credit, Refund, or Replacement unless written permission is obtained in advance. A merchandise return authorization form must accompany all returns. There will be a 15 percent restocking charge on all items accepted for returns, plus $2.00 per trophy for personalized plates. Personalized medals, plaques, and silver/holloware items as well as any custom items cannot be returned for credit.
