The Dinn Trophy Delivery Guarantee
You are eligible for a free order if we miss a delivery promise for a guaranteed order under the following qualifications:
If you ship to an eligible address, and complete your order, we guarantee that your items will arrive on or before the delivery dates shown at checkout or the event date you enter at checkout. This means your next order of equal or lesser value will be free of charge if your order is not delivered on or before those dates.
Orders containing custom items aren't eligible for the Dinn Trophy Delivery Guarantee.
For your order to qualify for the Dinn Trophy Delivery Guarantee, your credit or debit card must be successfully charged.
Only orders placed on a credit/debit card or prepaid by check are eligible for the Dinn Trophy Delivery Guarantee.
During the checkout process, if for any reason your items no longer qualify for the Dinn Trophy Delivery Guarantee (for example, if the order deadline cannot be met or if inventory runs out), you will not be eligible for the guarantee.
A signature may be required for some deliveries. If this is the case, an attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.
Applies only to products sold by DinnTrophy.com through our website located at http://www.DinnTrophy.com. Does not apply to gift cards.
Will be subject to geographic shipping restrictions that may apply to particular products or locations.
Guarantee does not apply to orders shipped to APO, FPO addresses.
Guarantee does not apply to orders shipped outside the continental USA.
Does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond DinnTrophy.com's control (such as weather delays, carrier issues, etc.).
Your only remedy under this guarantee will be a free order of equal or lesser value that are eligible for the Dinn Trophy Delivery Guarantee. No monetary refunds.
Claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.
The Dinn Trophy Delivery Guarantee is non-transferable.
DinnTrophy.com reserves the right to change or discontinue the Dinn Trophy Delivery Guarantee at its discretion.
