Source Codes and Customer Codes
When placing an order, please provide us with the source code and customer code from the back of your catalog (if available). This provides us with important information regarding your order. If you do not have a catalog, please leave these fields blank when placing your order.
Affiliate Codes
If you have an affiliate code which entitles you to a discount, please enter this information in the Coupon Code field on the shopping cart page. This will calculate your discount correctly.

$20.00 off a prepaid/credit card order totaling $500.00 - $999.00 (please use coupon code 0920W).
$50.00 off a prepaid/credit card order totaling $1000.00 - $1499.00 (please use coupon code 0950W).
$100.00 off a prepaid/credit card order totaling $1500.00 + (please use coupon code 09100W).
